Today’s “Spirit Impact Sunday” at House on the Rock was a day rich in spiritual nourishment and profound teachings. The event commenced with the opening prayer, setting a divine tone for the day’s activities.
The service transitioned seamlessly into a powerful worship and praise session led by “Voice,” (Hotr The Gateway worship team). Their harmonious voices and inspiring songs uplifted the congregation, creating an atmosphere of reverence and joy.
Following the worship, the congregation received the weekly announcements and in the first and second Bible readings. Pastor Anne McSamuel then led the church in the weekly confession, reinforcing the faith of the church.
During the testimonies segment, a young girl shared and celebrated God’s work in her life. The “Voice” worship team returned to bless the congregation with a special musical number, adding a touch of grace to the proceedings.
The highlight of the service was the sermon delivered by our esteemed guest speaker Rev’d Elias Ndeda. Introduced by Distinguished Servant McSamuel Idara, Rev’d Elias captivated the audience with profound insights on the theme, Push a little bit further. Referencing Genesis 1:1, he stated, “Earth is the product of the finished work in Heaven.”
Rev’d Elias emphasized the existence of two realities: the visible and the invisible. He explained that the authentic reality lies in the realm of the spirit, with everything on earth being a manifestation of what has already occurred in heaven. Quoting Hebrews 11:3, he urged the congregation to use the Word of God to “Frame” the things that are already made available in heaven, and make them manifest on earth. Nothing happens here that has not been finalized In heaven.
The service reached a pinnacle when Rev’d Ndeda and McSamuel prayed for a young girl, speaking blessings into her future and also into the congregation’s lives. The service overall was powerful and electrifying. The word ignited faith in the hearts of the congregation. First time worshipers and members were treated with good refreshments.
